Ive owned this range for just about a year. There are a few things I would change but overall I am satisfied with the functionality. My biggest gripe is the knobs. Within a few months of purchase the lettering on them started to wear away. This isnt a huge deal on the knobs for the burners but on the oven knob there are way too many options for me to be flying blind. Yes I realize that the selection shows up on the screen but that is not the point. This is clearly a manufacturing defect. My sister owns the same exact oven and has no such issue. After a call to the warehouse club where we purchased I was told they LG would not replace under any sort of warranty. I can buy new knobs for a cool $49 eachso $250 to replace them all. For a range that cost over $2000. It leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth especially since we currently own an LG washer dryer and microwave in addition to this oven. Bad quality control at a minimum and poor customer service retention for sure.

I bought a double door range. During install the bottom door is damaged. It is 1.5 months and still no help no repair and no alternative. Case number generation take alone 1 month. Disappointed of LG.

We purchased the LG Double Oven Gas Range 2 months ago and are super impressed. We have been using a Okeefe and Merritt stove from the 1940s and cannot believe how much more output and efficiency come from the new stovetop and both ovens are fantastic especially the lower convection. The biggest treat so far was the New Years Eve Prime Rib via convection roast it was fantastic and super easy with the temperature probe.

Once use of the griddle and its permanently stained I have literally tried EVERYTHING to remove the stain and NOTHING works. Yes it bothers me We paid more $3200 for this gas stove only to have the beauty of it ruined by a permanently stained griddle Unacceptable.

The lettering on my LG LTGL6937F range knobs came off not long after I bought the appliance. Within 3 months the 5 burner knobs and the stove knobs letting are coming off / fadding. This has been a constant issue for years and people complain on reddit about it but nothing has changed. I called LG to complain and they said they would send new and improved knobs but the sent the same ones that that are now fading as well. I called to complaun about this and was told that all they had a got a supervisor on the phone who was rude and ended hanging up on me.
Since you are not going to fix this issue I want knobs replacementr for life.
I replace all my kitchen appliances with LG but this stove we love but the knobs issue is a total failiure and disapointment.

This is has nothing to to with wear and tear or cleaning it is a badly knob product. They should have been engraved and not painted.
Our last appliances were kenmoore elite from sears and we had them for 20 years and never had any issues with them.
The biggest issue is the stove knob fading as you can not see the selections to use.

I thought we are spending six times more than what we spent first he other brand and this must be a great one. But LG fails miserably. Within a month after purchase we hear metallic pop every time we use one of the burners. I can understand that that part of metal is expanding and contracting hence the sound. This means poor design and no quality check what so ever. Every single time theres this noise 10-15sevonds after we lift the vessel off. This is pathetic. LG technician says since sound comes from one particular burner we must replace the burner is he even paying attention to metals property?? The cooktop is a stainless steel plate. Their quality of product and people Im hugely disappointed Now the low medium high marking on the knob is wearing off. Thats the quality of the print ink they have used. Is this some counterfeit??? My retailer says it is an authentic Lg stove Really ???? For three thousand dollars I get metal popping the burner off within couple months of use ?????

The worst oven I have ever owned. The bottom oven does not cook evenly and never has for the 1 yr I have owned it. I have made multiple calls to LG customer service their only response is to send out a repair person. Every time they have been out I have been told multiple different answers as to why is doesnt cook evenly ie .. its the rack location I should be using convection cooking instead of baking I should not be using the clear Pyrex dish I have had for years. LG refuses to pickupoven for a refund or replace it due to all repairmen stating there is nothing wrong withe the unit. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LG PRODUCT

The versatilty of having 2 ovens with all the options is anazing. I like the stainless top that cleans easily. Using the app remotely makes it a pleasure to start oven before I arrive home. Easy to clean.

Bought this through a popular warehouse that offered a two year warranty. Third year after a cleaning cycle the convection motor was screeching extremely loud. Had to replace the convection motor $$. Now two weeks later the burners smell like gas. Not just when you start them. Another repair. LG appliances are less expensive for a reason. Our washer needed a new pump in year 4. The price is right they look great but avoid LG appliances. Our local appliance dealer wont carry them any more because of the repair issues now that is saying something.

We bought the oven in Nov. 2023 and have been happy with it. A couple of days ago the corner plastic piece fell into the stove and is inaccessible leaving a large gap in the front like a missing tooth on a pretty smile. LG will not replace the small piece that probably costs all of $0.50 but want to charge me $246 for an entire cover assembly piece they say it is not covered under the warranty. To have a small but important aesthetic piece fail to what must be a defect as the appliance has been barely used is a major disappointment on such an expensive item. Even more disappointing is the lack of LG to stand behind their product.

First double oven Ive had. This oven is built in the most amazing ways. Its outside is sleek and so easy to clean up. The inside is simply amazing. The color pops and the oven is on point heats quickly and we have the Gas version and that range top is outstanding. Highly recommend LGs double oven we have the one with no back panel and its up against a newly designed backsplash that just looks terrific. So grateful for LG and for a retire veteran the price is hard to beat for the quality they provide. Working on the whole home being LG friendly

The range and ovens work great but Ive only used them once so far. Problem #1-The air fryer did not come with a drip tray so using the air fryer basket makes a horrible mess inside the oven problem #2-the recessed area on the back exterior of the oven isnt deep enough for a gas connection valve so the oven doesnt slide far enough back which leaves an ugly 1.5 gap between the rear of the oven and the wall and LG doesnt have a wider rear panel available to hide the ugly gap. For an expensive oven these two shortcomings are inexcusable. Shame on you LG for your poor customer friendliness.

Technician out 3 times because oven was burning my bread. I finally found out the temperature varied 71 BUT the average was 398 when it was set to 400
The tech said there was nothing he could do. I just bought a competitors range with double oven to replace this LG

I bought this and struggled to find the correct gas connection ribbing size as the owners manual said one thing and the specs said another. I called LG to ask and they said they would send me one for freeit seemed strange but was thankful. Then what arrived in the mail was a few screws to convert the stove to natural gas which was nothing I needed. So I was back at square one. Super super frustrating.

We have used the range for about a couple of months. The stoptop nice and easy to operate. The grills get dirty easy and not so easy to clean.
The upper oven is smaller and big enough for a couple of low profile dishes. The lower oven is larger to accommodate a turkey.
The range is easy to use and program I like the remote start with my phone. Sleek design

The biggest drawback from our previous range was difficulty in cleaning and enameled grills that became chipped and unsightly. LG is now our go to brand so it was a matter of selecting the range that offered the best features for us. A dual oven has taken a little to become used to and we are still not convinced that a Thanksgiving turkey will fit into the oven but we are overall very pleased with the performance and eye appeal of our new range.

First time using the stove top and the grates scuffed. Called LG to complain and the customer service agent reassured me the new grates they were sending were different than what was on it. Not different and scuffed again after one use. Customer service said nothing they can do except send the exact same ones again.

I am trying to adjust to the oven I havent been able to set the temperature to bake without burning the top to get the inside cooked. I have had it adjusted but the temperature just isnt right. I havent even tried to use some of the features of the lower oven like air fry. I havent used it enough to really rate it.

I have been using this for about a month now. I like how quickly it heats up and having a built in air fryer. This runs on the high heat side meaning if a recipe calls for 35-45 minutes its done at the 33-35 minute mark. I love the super fast boil burner that also changes to a very low setting. The only thing I am not a fan of is the stainless steel top. I had to buy a very soft cloth as it scratches unbelievably easily. It didnt come with the internal meat thermometer but LG rectified that immediately.

Ive had the oven for a month now. The only issue I have is that the time telling you the oven is preheated is not right. I spent an hour on the chat with no luck and finally disconnected the chat when the girl ask if I closed the oven door ... really? I ended up having to buy an oven thermometer so that I actually know when the o en is up to the temperature I set. This should not happen when you spend this much money on a new oven.

I bought this appliance about a month ago and can say that we are quite pleased with the look and features. We have yet to explore all the bells and whistles the appliance has to offer but as we get closer to the holidays well find out. Had great pricing and benefits of purchasing through our local Costco and it was well worth the investment.

The control knob should have an off setting. It is dangerous not to have one. The reflection makes it difficult to read the letters. And I have adhesive residue inside the bottom oven which I cannot get off.

The stove itself is wonderful love the double oven although in less then a year the lower oven door gasket burnt Easy to fix but unfortunately costumer service sucks Took two visits from a technician to finally get the part ordered Difficult to speak with someone at LG and strangely no one could find our model number..finally after calling and calling they figured it out. Tech came out said he was ordering our partwaited and waited. Guess what? He never ordered it Another fight to talk to someone and finally another technician came and has ordered the part. Fingers crossed it happens this time
