I went into flicks looking for a new fridge (mine died) and got just that plus more. Brian (B3) was an amazing salesman. He walked me through all of the financing questions and was very knowledgeable about the products. I was able to find a “scratch and dent” fridge that fell right into my budget and the “dent” was on the back where nobody could see it anyway! Brian then went above and beyond and was able to get the fridge delivered the same day. Highly highly recommend Flicks and Brian !

Just purchased a Speed Queen TR5 washer and couldn't be happier! Salesperson was highly knowledgeable and provided useful information regarding the product without any pressure. Due to work schedules, our visit was a little close to closing time, but we were treated like it was nine in the morning. We were not rushed. Excellent experience. Highly recommend Flick's!

Very happy with Flick's service guys. I was helping an elderly friend. He had just purchased a new gas stove. The two delivery guys were very helpful. The checked all the gas connections, leveled the stove when they installed, and answered all my questions. Great new stove, affordable price, and professional people. A wonderful combination. During the past two years , obtaining new appliances has been difficult at best. We’ve had the best experience with Flick’s. We’ve used them for appliance repair as well as having an older worn out dishwasher replaced just after Christmas recently. No nonsense, and their delivery and installation estimate was accurate and surprisingly fast! Pricing was fair and competitive. Our dishwasher is a compact model difficult to find in stock. It’s obvious you can get a better experience using a dedicated appliance shop and especially one with a history of good business practices. We will look to them for future appliance replacements.

We had just purchased a new freezer from flicks and they are great to deal with and was very happy with the service we had gotten there but as my luck goes the new freezer quit working and we had a full freezer called them Thursday morning at 9:00 am and they had sent a service man out with in the hour found my compressor was bad and with in the hour we had another brand new freezer here and the guys removed the bad one and installed the new on the are fantastic they made sure we was covered and all our food was safe. We have purchased several appliances from Flicks and always have a positive experience. Recently we took delivery of a washer and dryer for our new laundry room. The delivery guys were exceptionally proficient and did an outstanding job. Since the dryer was venting through the floor, it required extra care in setting the dryer in place. It went very well. And they never complained about the rain!

Flicks TV in the files give us a great deal of assistance and getting a missing part for our stove. When we ordered a new washer and dryer they were able to deliver it next day after we talk to them and they were very careful and getting it in the place, we certainly enjoy dealing with these people
